A members-only restaurant Sushi Fujinaga occasionally releases seats on Tablecheck. A meal here is quite unlike any other sushi meal. To begin with diners are offered lockers (with flat rectangular wooden keys) for their belongings and waiting for you at your seat is an elevated bar snack set. Not to mention the chef announces each dish into a PA system! As for the food, while a part of me wants more nigiri, each tsumami is so tasty and unique that it could be a signature at any other restaurant. The chef really shows off his creativity and the breadth of his skills outside of sushi while still somehow maintaining the integrity of a sushi course. The service is also just impeccable.

The sushi in this restaurant cannot be described in any way. The master can bring out the best in fish at will.This is true for all every fish. Courses consist of sushi and fish dishes. All of which will bring everyone the most wonderful experience on earth. Everything you taste, from the side dishes and ginger served before the course to Japan's finest tea, is a masterpiece. You may also deepen your knowledge of sushi by having the master explain his techniques in detail without making them a trade secret. Alcoholic beverages are also available in ample supply to best suit the sushi. It is possible to experience again and again the best experiences in this restaurant.

お誘いいただき訪問しました! かねてから聞き及んでましたが会員制ということで中々その機会がありませんでしたが、今回そのご縁を頂けて心から感謝しております! 着席すると、目の前には4種のアテと2種のガリ! カラスミと塩辛、最高す! 塩辛は450年前のレシピで再現したとか^ ^ そして、寿司のスタートはマグロから! めちゃくちゃ美味い! 筋を切るのに50回包丁をいれてるとか! その次ノドグロが個人的には優勝です! 脂ののりや切り付け炙り方、美味いです! シャリの大きさが小さめなのか、少食ですが最後まで美味しくいただけました! ちなみに、シメの塩ラーメンがまた絶品!! しっかり〆って大満足でございます! 大将のマイク使ったお料理のご説明もユーモアがあって、でもお料理に対する愛とか思いとかすごい伝わる! さらに料理が美味しくなる隠し味かもって思えます!! ステキな時間をありがとうございました!
